Description:

Molecular sieve HYGB100D is a synthetic zeolite of lithium-type crystal structure.

 

Characteristic:

The product HYGB100D is a special Molecular Sieve for oxygen generation with the characteristics

of high adsorption capacity and fast dynamic adsorption & desorption rate for nitrogen, it also has very strong adsorption selectivity.

 

The chart below is HYGB100D nitrogen and oxygen adsorption isotherm (25≤):

 

The chart indicates that HYGB100D shows high N2/O2 separation under a very low pressure, which

lowers the consumption of oxygen generation and improves its economic performance. Due to

advantage of high adsorption capacity, Li-LSX has extensive application in various oxygen generation

devices.

 

Application:

Used for rich oxygen generation, oxygen/nitrogen separation in air separation processes.

Compared with common calcium-type and sodium-type molecular sieve for oxygen generation,

HYGB100D applies to various VPSA devices with better capacity and separation efficiency
